Each year, hundreds of MTA members representing local associations across the state serve as delegates to the Annual Meeting, the MTA's highest decision-making body. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Delegates is scheduled on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.
Reserve Rooms by April 10
This year there are 6 discounted hotel options in Springfield. There is a wide variety of accommodations to choose from. Some include free parking and complimentary breakfast.
Each year, Annual Meeting delegates receive information and materials at preconvention sessions that are critical to decision-making on organizational matters. The 2025 meetings will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 & Tuesday, April 15.

To support Annual Meeting delegates, the MTA is now offering an opportunity to apply for reimbursements (up to $100 per family) to help subsidize child care costs. The deadline to be considered for child care reimbursement is April 18.
There is a virtual option for delegates concerned about in-person gatherings. The virtual option enables delegate participation in deliberation and all voting.
